i have been doing some super fun stuff lately. a few weeks ago i went to the rochester fair, and got to feed and cuddle with giraffes.
it was probably the coolest experience ever. my 22nd birthday was amazing. i worked 12 hours on my actual birthday, but saturday night all my friends took me out to dinner, and then we went to the gaslight in portsmouth to dance the night away. 
then sunday i had vanessas wedding (finally!!)
we got really lost getting there, missed the ceremony, and we were super and angry and really tired. but, the place was gorgeous. she was gorgeous. we had fun, but got a little crazy on the way home. 
tonight i am going to cirque du soleil in boston, and saturday i am going to the amber room with my work friends and some home friends. exciteddddddddd.

life is as close to perfect as it could get, as it has been for almost a year now. my birthday is 4 weeks from friday, i am getting extensions 3 weeks from friday. pictures of my long locks to come. i can hardly stand to wait!

everything is so wonderful!
i started my new job on tuesday. i am now officially (or training to be) a manager at hair excitement. not sure which salon i will be at yet, but i am training in the epping salon for two weeks. come visit and get your hair done! or tan! or buy tanning lotion from my girls so they make money! i mean, how can you say no when if you donate $5 to breast cancer all lotions are 50% off! well, so far i am loving it. it is a lot of work, and i've worked more hours in three days than i used to at my job all week. i actually have to be on time. and i am appreciated. its a whole new world for me. all my old work lovers did take me out last wednesday night for our last hoo-rah. we went to magaritas. it was awesome, they all got me a card and i cried a little. i DO miss them (i know youre reading this cyndi!) but i am so glad i took this job. plus, once i am done training i will most likely be in the manchester salon, so no more than 15 minutes from my house, and like... 5 from grants! success!
in old news, grant is still obnoxiously perfect to me, and i still love him as much as humanly possible. we have been sort of looking around for places to really look at come february when his lease here is up.
basically i am happiest with my life right now, except for my damn allergies. i hate allergies.
now i must go home, get myself ready, and go do some errands before work. come visit and buy something. SERIOUSLY.

i have found my dream guy. literally. everything i ever said i wanted, needed, or couldnt find in a guy, this one has it. and he gives me everything. he would do anything for me, and he tells me so. i read all these gay bulletins on myspace.. you know, the "60 things a girl wants but wont ask" bullshit. and as i read, he does every single thing. ive never been this happy, ive never been this lucky, and i refuse to run away from it.
the worst part of my day is when he leaves me in the morning for work, and the best part of every day is watching him exceed my expectations.

my past week has been extremely fun filled, and i will fun fill you in!
oct 6: i attended a benefit for my friend heather with LMS. it was very rowdy, and my sister won a mikes hard lemonade mountain bike.
the 80's cover band gazpacho played, and they were very intresting.
the following wednesday was my 21st birthday.
oct 10: drank beers and ate lots of food at boston billiards with my girlfriends from work. i got to show my i.d. for the first time, and the man at the door was not as excited as i was.
oct 11: i got to see melissa, finally. she gave me some wonderful gifts, including a harry potter kit (complete with glasses and drinking cup) and a "walk of shame hall of fame" shirt.
we went where i was DYING to go- the amber room.
saw some people there i haven't seen in way too long: ryan, kyle, mike, joe, jamie.
i danced/sweat my ass off and left with more beer on me than in me.
oct 12: i did a little shopping and went to dinner with my sister, tom, melanie, and meaghan. meaghan then gave me the BEST present i've ever gotten: a pair of underwear reading "i love elliot stabler"
then i was kidnapped and blind folded, against my will.
and brought to my surprise party thrown by my friends (and what amazing friends they are!)
and then i got to eat lots of my delicious cake and drink lots of my self bought beer.
what a wonderful birthday. next weekend: NYC for a night, then delaware. i am SO excited.

i laugh at my previous entry, because it's funny.
i have been quite the busy girl lately. working, loving, living! i've been spending most of my time with my best friends, of course. we've been at the new location of the beach house. lots of partying, and laughing, and brad in his underwear.
last night i went to a benefit for my friend heather, who has LMS. it was packed full of people, drinking and dancing to lots of good 80's tunes. it was great.
my 21st birthday is in 3 days, and i couldn't be more excited. i can't wait to go out. wednesday, i am going to boston billiards with my work ladies, thursday i'll be at the amber room, friday somewhere in dover with my sister and company, and saturday is my cousins wedding. then the weekend after, i will be heading to new york city for a birthday extravaganza, then hopefully heading down to delaware.
i have a boycrushthing, and i love love love it. he is funny, cute as hell, has the greatest family ever... and is stationed 7 hours from me. it's always something.
i'm sure my entries will be more intresting with my post 21 experiences. and picture filled.

life in general is all over the place right now. i have never been in a place like this. i don't know which way is up or down anymore. i have so much going on around me, and inside me. but, at the same time, i am the happiest i have ever been in my entire life. i have the most secure, amazing friends. they never faulter. they are my foundation, my rock. as is the same with my family. i have been alone for almost a year now, and i have grown into myself. i know what i'm worth. i know what i want. and i actually think i've found it. my heart is gaining speed again. i shake and my stomach flips. and i've missed it. he is the most beautiful person, and he doesn't realize it. he lights up my face for the world to notice. but where do i want to go with this? freedom suits me beyond how i thought it would. i am fearless. i am fun. i am, in the best most entertaining way possible, completely out of my mind. and i am not entirely sure if i'm ready to release that part of myself. but, i will sit by myself and i feel amost sure that he is the one. and so we've come full circle. what is up? what is down?
